Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach

Margaritaville was a nice place overall. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. A couple things could be better. The safe didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work either. When maintenance came up, the guy seemed more interested in telling me the phone worked for him than actually helping, which was a little frustrating. The only other issue was the shower—water pressure was pretty weak. Overall it’s a good place, just a few small things they could tighten up.

We stayed at Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers for our girls trip and it was honestly the perfect vibe. From the moment we arrived, it felt like vacation mode was fully activated. The resort is beautiful, clean, and has that laid-back island feel while still feeling upscale and put together. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for getting ready together and crashing after long beach days. The pool area was a major highlight. Great music, fun energy, and plenty of spots to relax with a drink in hand. The beach access was unbeatable. Being able to walk straight out to the sand made everything feel effortless. Food and drinks were solid across the board, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful the entire stay. Everything felt easy, fun, and stress-free, which is exactly what you want on a girls trip. If you’re looking for a place that’s equal parts relaxing, fun, and Instagram-worthy, this is it. Would absolutely stay here again and already talking about coming back.

I would like to take a moment to recognize the supervisor, Jake. He truly exemplifies professionalism and outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly kind, making sure every detail of our beach experience was taken care of. He consistently went above and beyond his responsibilities, always checking in to see if we needed anything and offering help before it was even requested. His genuine care for guests made a noticeable difference in our stay. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work and leads by example. Having someone so dependable, respectful, and helpful in a supervisory role adds tremendous value to the Margaritaville experience. He made our time on the beach relaxing and enjoyable, and his professionalism did not go unnoticed.

Sandy at the front desk was awesome. We arrived early and she was able to get us in a room with a fantastic view. Cindy, Jeff and Sky were our servers at the pool and all three were great. Cannot recommend any of them enough. They all added to our experience. This is the second year in a row we visited at this time of year and we’re already making plans to come back next year.

My Blue Star Mothers Chapter held their Annual Fundraiser in the ballroom at the Resort and I was amazed at the professionalism and courtesy of the waitstaff and bartenders. The room was set up beautifully, the menu was perfect and our attendees were very pleased. Shout out to Liz Morris and Brad Stanze, who organized the event for us, as well as Johnna Sohner and David Gomez who oversaw the food and beverage service. These folks were amazing. I would highly recommend this venue for your next event!

A brand-new, ultra-modern hotel with fantastic amenities and a great overall vibe. The valet parking service was excellent — super friendly, very fast, and reasonably priced. The room was beautifully equipped, and the bathroom amenities smelled amazing. The outdoor areas are lovely, with plenty of comfortable seating, and the pool area is absolutely wonderful, supported by fantastic and attentive service. We really enjoyed spending time there. The only downside for us was the noise level of the air conditioning. Sitting on the balcony, it was hard to fully enjoy the ocean view because the AC units — including those from neighboring rooms — were quite loud. Additionally, there is music playing from speakers throughout the property at all times. It wasn’t disturbing, but it is definitely noticeable and fairly loud, so you have to like that kind of atmosphere. Speaking of music, the live bands were actually very good and added to the overall experience. All in all, we had a great stay and really enjoyed ourselves.

My husband and I spent the week at Margaritaville end of January! We were blessed with perfect hot sunny days and missed the cold front. I can’t wait to brag about the awesome staff around the pool. G was my favorite! He runs all the activities around the pool was an absolute blast! He was so much fun and helped me with all the activities like the tie dye shirt, shell painting and everything. He keeps the party GOING all day long. Jeff was an ALL STAR server. Not only did he always call us by name but that man moves quicker than the roadrunner cartoon. He was exceptional! His vibe and energy I looked forward to each day at the pool. Sky was also such a great girl, she was the kindest and I loved chatting with her! Katie the manager was so sweet and she was so helpful to play the MSU basketball game on the giant tv. I genuinely felt like I made friends for life at that pool. It didn’t feel like they were just “working”, it seemed like they really liked being there. It was an incredible experience that I will never forget. Food was GREAT at every restaurant and serving sizes were huge! The pulled shrimp at the bar by the pool was my FAVORITE ! All the happy hours around the restaurants were great deals. Our room was amazing, I loved the personal patio we had and could sit and relax and enjoyed watching everyone by the “chill bar” and fire. I loved that we could get our room turned down everyday. Honestly I don’t have one bad thing to say about the resort or the people. I wish I was there floating in the warm pool with a marg in my hand right now!

Didn't stay here. Drank at License to Chill Bar & Grill, and Lah De Dah Beach Bar & Grill. It can be trouble getting to if you are coming over the bridge or from South FMB. Mid-day to 6pm traffic can be a bear. License to Chill - Awesome! Great drinks and Happy Hour from 1pm-5pm. Great Vibe and awesome service. Especially, Christopher!! Nice young kid, polite, energetic, MV is lucky to have him. There are many others at Chill that are nice and good. But Christopher stood out for us. Lah De Dah we didn't enjoy the vibe at all. Happy hour 5pm-8pm.. Staff was okay, mostly prompt. The majority of Clientele were not friendly, uppity, and judging. Funny part is we are friendly, wife likes talking to people, people seem to enjoy us. Here, not so much. Acting too good for people only makes them small. If the guys want to measure d1kcs and portfolios, they might bet me on the D's but don't even come close to my portfolio. Never went to 5'O'clock. Can't comment. I am by by no means slamming Margaritaville! It is tourist, fun, and well kept! The sunset show every night at sundown is a must for to see, at least once!
